CBI probe ruled out: Miyapur lands

Hyderabad, June, 14 ( The News )

The State Government stated that there was no need to order a CBI inquiry as the CID has already started investigating the Miyapur land case and some people have already been arrested.

The State government has clarified that the treasury did not incur any loss due to land-grab attempts in Miyapur, Balanagar, Ibrahimpatnam, Shamshabad. The land allegedly got registered byprivate persons is under government control, it was stated.

Government stated that there was no truth in the propaganda launched by the Opposition. Though the government concluded that it had not suffered any loss, it made clear that some people have committed irregularities on these registrations.

People have created GPAs to gain rights and strengthen their stand and it was clarified that none can register government lands. If someone did it, it is not legal and the land can never be transferred.

The CM has reviewed registrations and discussed the conspiracy to grab government lands in collusion with the sub-registrars.
