India will launch 20 satellites on June 22


Chennai, June 17 (The News)

India will dispatch 20 satellites in a solitary mission on June 22, the Indian space office said.According to the Indian Space Research Organization  at 9.25 a.m. that day, the Indian rocket Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle will lift off from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh with 20 satellites.

While the rocket’s primary load will be India’s 725.5 kg Cartosat-2 arrangement satellite for earth perception, the other 19 satellites weig

ing around 560 kg are from the US, Canada, Germany and Indonesia and one satellite each from Sathyabama University, Chennai, and the College of Engineering, Pune.

The rocket will take off from the second platform with an aggregate payload of 1,288 kg.The entire mission will get over in around 26 minutes.The pictures sent via Cartosat satellite will be helpful for cartographic, urban, rustic, waterfront land use, water dissemination and different applications.

The 1.5 kg Sathyabamasat from Sathyabama University will gather information on green house gasses. The one kg Swayam satellite from Pune will give point-to-point informing administrations to the HAM radio group.
